Day 2: The next day…

Do not adjust your computer screen! In fact, if you aren’t me, go back to bed, because it is 5:30am. I am on my way to the gym for an early morning jog before work. I am trying to figure out if mornings work better than evenings for my schedule and overall sanity. I will have a better idea by the end of the week. On the bright side, it looks like I may already be making some progress. No doubt water weight, but I will take it!

Previous Weight: 206.2 lbs.

Current Weight: 204.4 lbs.

Goal Weight: 190.0 lbs.
