The Workout Recap + a plate of food…

“Piece by piece” I am making strides toward my goal. I surpassed my workout yesterday in a more consistent, healthy, pace-myself way. Now, for a very unphotogenic photo of my breakfast. Egg whites and avocados do not photograph well in the morning. Perhaps, I am just too tired to take a better photo. In any case, I am going to consume, shower, and drive to the office.
