With just 37 days until “The Meaning of Life” tour rolls into Indianapolis, I am starting to feel invincible. Isn’t that how most people feel when they start a weight loss journey, invincible? Perhaps, it is the initial high of this challenge. I am seeing physical changes, at least on the digital scale, but I am more concerned about my mental and emotional changes.
Dr. Maxwell Maltz theorized that it takes a person 21 days to form a habit, which falls roughly at the half-way point of this challenge. Do I have what it takes to convert this challenge into a daily habit – a life routine?
As I prepare myself to head over to Anytime Fitness, I can’t help but visualize the end game. Rather, my future new normal. Tonight, I will post some before and after goal photos. I only ask that you consider them with non-judgmental love and support. As for my daily progress, here are the numbers:
Previous Weight: 204.2 lbs
Current Weight: 202.8 lbs
Goal Weight: 190.0 lbs.
Thank you for taking the time to encourage me in this challenge. Your support will help me achieve my goals, and reach for my dreams.
