I am extremely happy with my results this week. As previously stated, I have decided not to dwell on the numbers and statistics in my posts. However, I have decided weekly weigh-in updates would be appropriate. I should be proud of my measurable successes.
Last Monday, I started this journey at 206.2 lbs. Well, I am happy to report that when I stepped on the scale this morning, I weighed in at 202.2 lbs. I am very proud of the four pounds I lost this week. Granted, some of the weight loss might have been water-related, but most of it was likely the hard work I put in at the gym. And while my body aches, I will head to the gym this afternoon, and conquer the treadmill.
I really want to thank all of my followers for the kind messages and inspiring comments. It is wonderful to know that my family and friends are supporting me in this challenge. You have always been there to lift me up, and I am eternally grateful for your commitment to me over the years. In addition, I want to thank the overwhelming support I have received from Kelly Clarkson’s community of fans. Your feedback has been positive, affirming and uplifting!
