Somehow I managed to drag myself out of bed this morning. I feel like garbage. Luckily, I made it to work for the meeting with our regional manager. As I sit here waiting for the meeting to resume, I can’t help but think about this roadblock of sickness.
While I would love to go the gym, I recognize the negative effects a trip to Anytime Fitness might cause for my overall wellness. On the other hand, sweating out the sickness might not be the worst idea. Thoughts?
If anyone has any natural remedy suggestions, I am open and willing to except them. I am not expecting a cure, rather a means to function through my day.
UPDATE: I decided rather than fight through the day, I would come home and rest. A small price to pay for wellness. I will be doing a video update later today, minus the wine.
