There has to be a message within the Book of Job, not just a tale about a controversy between God and Satan. There are 42 chapters, and there is great information at the start and at the end, but in between, it is literature that is over my head. Sorry I’m not smart, but I’m not. And I would rather remain silent and let you read Job yourself, and make determinations yourself, than to plant wrong information in your mind. And even though I’ve read it, now my fourth time, I still have trouble comprehending. I can read a sentence and see what it means, but putting it in context and seeing how it fits in with everything else is beyond me. I just continue to pray for understanding, and I have to trust in the Lord that he will guide me in what I need to know.
So here are links to both Job 12 and Job 13. Both Chapters are Job, stating more of his thoughts, first to his friends, then to God Himself.
