In this very short Chapter, Bildad offers another opinion. And some of it I agree with, but most of it I do not.

I do not believe any man can be righteous…we are all born unto sin. But I do not believe God thinks of us as “maggots” or “worms”. God is not a supreme ruler looking down on His peasants, we are His children and He loves us more than we have the capabilities of loving. He hates sin, but he doesn’t hate the sinner. Remember the prostitute…”Where are your accusers, woman?” (I’m paraphrasing). “I do not accuse you either.”

In Chapter 26, Job responds to Bildad’s comments and he talks about the weakness of man but the “Majesty” of God.

And in Chapter 27, Job continues to maintain his integrity.
