Psalm 138:
Verse 8 “Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever” – Never forget that God is loving and merciful and not a wrathful tyrant.

Psalm 139:
You cannot hide from God. Even when God asked Adam in the Garden where he was, He knew. God knew. And as scripture says, God knows what you do in hiding, there is no secret from Him. He knows your every thought, and as we will read in the future, Jesus says that if you think it, it is still a sin…even though you do not commit adultery, thinking about it is just as bad. Do not think you can hide from God, physically or mentally.

Psalms 140 and 141 – David continues to pray for deliverance from his enemies. As I’ve said before, though many of David’s psalms seem repeats of others, it is important that you read each one carefully and thoughtfully, because even one verse may shed light on a new perspective of our God.

God bless you all.
